We are in the process of calling a new senior pastor. The senior pastor is responsible for the administration of the public ministry at Holy Cross, which includes planning and participating in the worship life of the Congregation, pastoral-teaching ministry in the Congregation and School, coordination of the ministries of the parish staff and support of the ministry of the Church Council, the Council of Elders, Commissions, and regular and ad hoc committees.
To serve the needs of the congregation, we would like to hear from each confirmed member about the top priorities and personality traits you would like to see in the new senior pastor.
