Engage Wichita

“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Philippians 4:7

SEPT 10, 2022 | 8:00-4:00*

*Volunteers are asked to meet at Holy Cross at 8am for breakfast, shirt distribution, and a short devotion.  We will then go out to our service sites.  Not all sites will be all day projects. Lunch will be served at all day site locations.

We are equipped and empowered by God to go out and engage with the world around us.  We can think of no better way to “go and do likewise” (Luke 2:10) than to head out into the community and serve our neighbors.  During our upcoming church/school-wide day of service, Engage Wichita, we will work on diverse service projects at sites all across Wichita.  We hope to use this opportunity to get a little outside our comfort zones, be a blessing to our community, get to know new people, and use our hands and our hearts to reflect our Savior, Jesus.

To make this happen we need volunteers!!  Please use the form below to volunteer.  Also, be sure to check out the details about service locations and let us know if you’d like to volunteer for a specific project site.
