Contemporary Worship Service – 6 p.m. Saturday Evenings
Contemporary worship refers to a type of Christian worship that has become quite popular during the last part of the twentieth century. It is found in many different churches, including some that would not normally be fond of such outward services. Two of the main points of a contemporary service are the music and the informal setting.
At Holy Cross, we enjoy contemporary worship music and a casual atmosphere, yet maintain the our values in a traditional Lutheran Church service. Always Bible-based, our services on Saturdays enrich the lives of many who yearn for God’s Words of encouragement and truth.
Every second Saturday of the month we have an extended fellowship time by hosting what is appropriately called, “Second Saturday” meals in our Fellowship Hall. Please feel free to join us these evenings which are filled with friends and family enjoying a good meal and fellowship with others in faith.
