The Bible says that if we have any needs whether they be physical, emotional, or spiritual, we should bring those to God through prayer and He will hear us. If there is anything in life or in ministry that you need from God or if there are any blessings you want to celebrate, we would love to pray with you! 7-1-20 Update

My prayer today is of whole-hearted thankfulness. Grateful that I made it through the surgery safely. Grateful for my doctors and caring, thoughtful medical teams at Mayo. Grateful that I have been spared months & months of hard therapy to swallow & speak. Grateful that I will be able to return to being a Mom much, much sooner than we could wish for. Thank you to all my prayer warriors!

It appears that my surgeries are a go for June at Mayo. I have mixed feelings as I write this. I am tremendously thankful that the Covid situation has leveled so that I am able to have these procedures done this summer in Minnesota. I also have a pit in my stomach knowing that I’m within a month of facing these hurdles.
The Gamma Knife procedure to treat the meningioma that is located near my left optic nerve is scheduled for Thursday, June 25th. The surgery to remove the schwannoma on my right side, on or near my vagal nerve, is scheduled for Monday, June 29th. Dr Link will be overseeing both of these.
We’ll share more details later. Thank you for your prayers and the loving support you continue to show to my family.
