SATURDAY FAMILY BIBLE STUDY

Led by Jacque Sharpe, Lisa Wagner, and Tessa Reed

This Saturday Family Bible Study School hour offers exciting age-appropriate family Bible lessons, music and crafts for children pre-school through fifth grade. Parents, grandparents and adults are encouraged to join in the singing and study of the Bible lesson. Join us in the Parlor each Saturday at 4:45 p.m.

JUNIOR and SENIOR YOUTH BIBLE CLASS

Our Youth Ministry Bible class, 6^th-12^th graders, meets on Saturdays starting at 4:45 p.m. in the Lighthouse. Our goal is that each of our youth in 6^th through 12^th grade will use this opportunity to grow in the love and trust in Jesus Christ through this time together. This fall our youth will study God’s truths using age appropriate and engaging content focusing on God’s Big Story, our I-dentity, and how we are better together.

ADULT BIBLE CLASS

ADULT SATURDAY CLASS -

We will continue with a visual teaching of the six chief parts of Luther’s Small Catechism. This class is designed for anyone who is interested in learning more about the Lutheran Church, and as a review for “long-time” Lutherans. We will use the Bible, Luther’s Small Catechism and review sheets. The visuals are from The Divine Drama from Crossways International and other sources. Come to learn about the basic teachings of Holy Scripture and what we boldly confess as members of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.

THE GOSPEL OF LUKE- Continued

Led by Pastor Myers

Prepare during Lent; celebrate during Easter; grow in faith and knowledge as we read and learn from the familiar and not so familiar stories of Luke’s Gospel account. This class will read through and discuss God’s precious Word given to us from Dr. Luke, including 15 parables found only in Luke among other unique sections, and post-resurrection accounts that bless us and strengthen our faith and life.
